FAQs

How long before I get my shirt or art print?

Everything is made to order. Right now it's taking 3-8 business days to process, and another 5-8 business days for shipping for orders in the US.

For orders outside of the US, it can take 5-13 days for shipping.

Digital Downloads are available immediately.

What size should I order?

These shirts are unisex, so they are a smaller than men's shirts, and a little larger than women's shirts. I find most people wear the same size in this shirt as they do in men's or women's. If someone is on the cusp of a size, I would order the size up.

Every listing has a size chart to help decide what size works best.

What materials are your shirts made of?

The solid colors are made from 100% ring spun cotton. Heather colors are 52% ring spun cotton, and 48% polyester.

Where are your shirts and art produced?

I draw everything using a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet, and I draw directly into Photoshop. I call it digital scratchboard, since every mark is an individual line.

I use bella canvas shirts. Not only are they eco-friendly, but they are also worker friendly. They have created ways to produce their shirts using less water, less electricty, and virtually zero waste. They are platinum certified through W.R.A.P., an independent watchdog organization for ensuring fair manufacturing.

I also work with a company who prints and ships the shirts and art for me. It has facilities in the US as well as overseas to help get items to people from other countries quicker.

The digital downloadable art bundles and downloadable art prints are available for download immediately after purchase.

How does every item sold plant a tree?

I am a small business partner with the National Forest Foundation. I make a donation every quarter to plant trees.

What is your return policy?

I stand by these products. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me within 90 days for either a replacement item (at no extra cost to you), or a full refund.

How should I care/wash my shirt to maintain its quality?

I recommend washing your shirt inside out with warm or cool water (not hot water) to help maintain the print quality for as long as possible.

I've had some of my shirts for years, and they've still held the print beautifully.

Do you offer wholesale?

I do! Although as prices go up for goods and shipping, it's becoming harder to do so.  I can still offer wholesale for art prints up to 13x19 as a special request.

I've worked with organizations (like the Virginia Zoo) as well as schools to offer shirts either to sell or for various school clubs and activities. Please contact me at walkingnature@yahoo.com for more information.

What is your privacy policy?

I do not sell or give away your information to anyone.

If you subscribe to my newsletters, I will send an email once or twice a month, highlighting what's going on, behind the scenes shenanigans, any offers or deals, and new items in the store. I do not give your e-mail out to anyone else.

What is your favorite animal?

It's hard to pick just one! I love all animals.

But, if I had to pick, I'd say the red fox. What's yours?
